It's about sex...duh If U Seek Amy sound like F-U-C-K Me hence she says "all of the boys and all of girls are begging to if u seek amy" and when she's talking about the "girl" Amy she's talking about sex. Larry himself said the song was provacative.

Oh Wow hahaha I did not catch that at all!! now that i think about it it's kind of smart but in a bad way.
Im glad this is a single, wasnt expecting it to be because i thought it would be a great album track that was never released, like Rihanna's "breakin' dishes"but im happy =]
