So we are Janurary 1st, 2009. A new year already. And the first artist of 2009 to be featured in the banner is Ciara. She was the one you people voted for to be in it, and we listened! There isn't much going in Janurary, so the options were limited.

i dont mean to sound unnapreciativ, but i REALLY think this month shoulda went to kelly clarkson!
Maybe its because they don't want to be like everyone else, so they picked Ciara.
only kelly's single is coming out.
in march when her album comes out, shell be on the poll for you guys to vote
