It is that time again! For a new banner, and this time it features Miley Cyrus. She seems to be everywhere anymore. She is working on a new album for release later this year. I thought it would be a good to feature this time around. Now I know not everyone is a fan of hers, but that's ok. The banner was made by the amazing Ali! Thanks Ali!!

I don't care for her either! I just wish someone would explain to me what all the fuss is about over her cause I don't get it!
